Engagement session at the Dallas Arboretum – Courtnie & Jonathan

I will be photographing Courtnie & Jonathan’s wedding in July at the Las Colinas Country Club. This morning we met at the Dallas Arboretum. I actually prefer to shoot in overcast rather than sunlight so I was thrilled when I looked outside this morning as I was preparing to leave.

If you have not been to the Arboretum during their Dallas Blooms, you must go, gorgeous tulips and flowers all over the garden! You still have until April 8, 2018 to do so

Here are some of the best shots from the session!

Maternity session at Prairie Creek Park

Sunset maternity session at Prairie Creek Park, it was beautiful but packed full of other photographers with their clients. I had to really work my magic to shoot to make it look like nobody else was around 🙂

Here are some of my favorites, this lovely couple is expecting their first child, a boy, next month!

Anna & Ethan’s engagement previews at Prather Park!

I met Anna & Ethan in the morning at Prather Park and we were literally the only ones there. It was such a pretty morning.

Take a look at their previews below, I always suggest a list of locations for my couples to choose from with a description, they fell in love with this area. Their wedding will take place at Mimosa Hall in October!

Nelson family previews – Dallas Arboretum

Sweet little sibling session at the Dallas Arboretum. This brother and his sisters sure do love each other!

These are some of my favorites!

The Guinaugh family previews

This sweet family has been coming to me since 2009. I have watched the girls grow up and little Macie from when her mommy was pregnant with her.

Repeat clients mean so much to me, not only because they love my work but to see the families grow is awesome!

The Daniels family previews

There are so many times new clients come my way, they may find me on Facebook or through my website, word of mouth, etc. Most of the time I have no idea what they look like or their personalities, I simply arrive and we meet for the very first time and in that moment I must get to know them, make them feel comfortable and especially when working with kids who simply do not like their photo taken, I create an atmosphere of joy and laughter and in the end I get some of the best shots!

Here are some of my favorites.
