I received a text on February 28th at 11:06am that said:

“Hi Brandi!!!! It’s Brittney Craig. So, you shot Brandon’s and my engagement, my bridals and our wedding in 2015….you know what time it is now?”

Well ofcourse I responded with OMG OMG OMG OMG! BABY!!!!!!!!!

She sends the announcement and the sonogram!!! I was in tears! So we talked about the session and what she planned to do.  They are due July 9th and having a girl. She wanted these to be special because Brandon unfortunately got deployed with his Army brigade and is serving overseas in Djibouti, Africa. She has not seen him since Christmas and he won’t be back until November 🙁

I wanted this to be extra special so I contacted The Lumen Room and reserved their studio then we rented a gorgeous blue maternity dress through Jayme King. Brittney brought a few items of his to incorporate into the shoot and it was simply perfect. She wanted me to wait until he saw the photos before posting the blog, she said he absolutely loved them.
