Kerilyn’s bridals

Kerilyn & Justin tied the knot over the weekend, I can finally share her bridals <3

We shot her bridal portraits at the Dallas Heritage Village at Old City Park. It was a beautiful day for bridals. Her mom and sister joined us that day.

Stay tuned for their wedding blog this week!

Bohemian style maternity session previews

I photographed their engagements, her bridals, their wedding and this morning I did their maternity session to surprise grandma who just happens to be one of my best friends for over 30 years!

Sister session at sunset

I am the mother of two beautiful, precious, talented daughters. I am always working and never have time to really take them out for a session.

I captured these at sunset, I just love how the sunlight danced in their hair, it brought me to tears a few times as I was shooting just watching them, they are both so used to the camera I don’t even have to tell them what to do.

I am proud of these girls and their love for each other and for me. I lost my sister at a young age, we were 10 years apart, I named my youngest after her. These girls are 8 years apart and my oldest takes care of her and helps just like my sister did with me. It is a blessing they have each other.

Amanda & Adam’s engagement previews!

The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden is so green around this time, it was the perfect morning for an engagement session. We started around 10:45am and there was hardly anyone around.
From the couple ~

We met in high school through a mutual friend. We remained friends for several years before we started dating. Now 11 years after meeting (7 years dating), we are engaged to be married in July 2018 back in Wisconsin at The Potawatomi Hotel & Casino!

Grisby lifestyle maternity/family session

Their mommy is expecting baby #3 and this time IT’S A BOY!

I love lifestyle photography so when this mother to be contacted me about maternity photos and trying to decide where to do them, we ended up doing them at their home, including dad and their two daughters. These are my favorite kind of sessions, natural at home, not posed. Dad even took out his saxophone, love!!!

These are just some of my very favorite shots!
